Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Since we're sorting all of upstreams documentation into its own subdirectory, we may as well ship a boilerplate replacement for README (or README.md) that we place if the fork doesn't already have one. We've already patched things so it doesn't clobber it if it exists.
