The body fonts (and the all-caps headers on the post list pages) are <a href="https://brailleinstitute.org/freefont" target="_blank" rel="external">Atkinson Hyperlegible Next and Atkinson Hyperlegible Mono</a> for standard text and monospace respectively, specifically designed for low-vision readers to improve character recognition. Also they look neat :)</p>
