## Things we are learning

1. **Save me from the spam folder!** In all forms, whether interest or sign-up, encourage folks to add my email to their address book/safe senders list/etc. We've already had some issues with my emails disappearing into the ether.
1. **Clear form communication.** Double down on what each form is in all communication surrounding it. The interest form is an *interest* form and does not guarantee you a spot, etc.
1. **Offer physical-only bundles.** Some people just want the physical zines.
