Things we are learning

1. Save me from the spam folder! In all forms, whether interest or sign-up, encourage folks to add my email to their address book/safe senders list/etc. We've already had some issues with my emails disappearing into the ether.
2. Clear form communication. Double down on what each form is in all communication surrounding it. The interest form is an interest form and does not guarantee you a spot, etc.
